Refund policy

We care about your satisfaction. In the event that any of our apparel (shirts, jackets, or shorts) do not meet your size expectations, you can exchange for another size. Please return it in its original unused condition.

All exchanges must be made within 72 hours of the received date. You will be required to pay for the shipping of your exchange. You may return the package using any carrier you prefer! We recommend using a trackable shipping service when exchanging items. Contact support@lightslabel.com to process your exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on any other items nor provide refunds.

All non apparel and sale items are final sale.

If a damaged or defective item is shipped to you, please notify us within 14 days from the day you receive your package and we will replace your item as soon as possible. Contact support@lightslabel.com with a photo of the damaged item and DAMAGED in the subject line. Delays may occur during new releases, holidays and sales.
