Our products are only available for purchase through our website.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the US & Internationally.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email confirmation of your order within a few minutes and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Items are not immediately shipped once tracking information is sent, please allow 1-3 days to process your order.

How do you ship your products?

We use USPS for orders within the US. Please allow time for customs delays when shipping to countries outside of the US. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by Lights Label.

How long does shipping take?

Our hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order & 1-3 business days for shipping within the US, time may exceed for Hawaii and Alaska. Please allow 4-15 days for International shipments. For International customers, there may be additional customs delays and fees which the customer would be responsible for. There can be an additional 2-4 days of processing time during product launches, sales/promotions, holidays, etc. Delivery times will vary based on the following: distance from our warehouse to your shipping address, your shipping location is based in the US (domestic) or International (rest of the world), the delivery option you select.

Domestic (United States):
USPS First Class: 7-10 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 5-7 Business Days (up to $100 insurance)

International (rest of the world):
International Shipping: 4-15 Business Days (APC Postal Logistics, up to $100 insurance)

Contact your shipping carrier directly for questions about the exact location of your package. Our customer service department will only be able to provide the information you see using your tracking number on the carrier website.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated by the total weight of order, the shipping method selected by the customer and the destination of shipping location. Any additional international shipping fees incurred (duties, customs, taxes, etc) will be the responsibility of the customer, Lights Label is not liable for any additional fees.

What is your return policy?

While we do not accept refunds or returns, we will gladly accept size exchanges on our apparel within 14 days. Please see our Return Policy tab for further information.

All jewelry is final sale. Once purchase is made, there are no refunds or exchanges. Any issues with an item must be raised via email (support@lightslabel.com) within 48 hours of reported delivery, otherwise the sale is deemed final.
